Pouncey Tract Veterinary Hospital is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital serving the greater Richmond area.
We provide comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. Our facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in-house digital x-ray, a closely supervised hospitalization and intensive care area, and indoor boarding kennels with outdoor walking areas.
As an American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accredited facility, Pouncey Tract Veterinary Hospital regularly undergoes evaluations to ensure we meet or exceed AAHA's standards of care.
These standards cover nearly every aspect of our hospital, including surgery, exam facilities, patient care, cleanliness, client service, emergency services, diagnostic imaging, and anesthesiology. Only 15% of animal hospitals in the United States & Canada are accredited by AAHA, recognized worldwide as the benchmark for quality care in veterinary medicine.
